Hailey Nicole

I didn't want this grand "About" page I wanted it to be a place where you came to better understand me. Here, I took the time to get deep and personal about my life.
Thank you for being here.
You might be looking at this website and still feel unsure about taking the leap and scheduling a call. I’m not here to convince you... instead, I want to share a little about myself so you can feel more comfortable making that decision. If what you learn about me resonates with you by the end of this page, then I encourage you to take that step and see what happens. There’s nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
As you’ve probably gathered by now, my name is Hailey, and I’ve been on quite a journey. Yes, I’m young, and when people hear my age, they often think, "No way you can be a coach." "No way you can help me." And my response? Try me.
I’ve lived through so many experiences that it feels like I’ve had multiple lifetimes already. To give you a glimpse: I was born carrying the weight of the world—half Black, half white, growing up unsure of where I fit in, wrestling with my identity. I witnessed abuse in my household and became the "mature one," absorbing it all, trying to create beauty from chaos.
School was no escape... I was bullied, felt unloved and unheard by my family, and was even told by those close to me that my own family didn’t care. Isolated, my only refuge was God. I leaned into Christianity, and it became my foundation. It taught me to forgive, to love despite pain, and to believe in a brighter future.
But life kept testing me... toxic relationships, working multiple stressful jobs as a server, "friends" who took advantage of my kindness, and the exhausting work of undoing my trauma alone to rebuild my life.
It was hard, and there’s so much more to the story, but I won’t take up too much of your time.
Through it all, I stayed focused on my dreams, on becoming better, on showing up for myself and that’s how I got here. When I look back at every challenge, even the ones still ahead, I see them as blessings. They shaped who I am today and who I’m still becoming.
And after everything I’ve been through, it would feel like a disservice not to help others—to show them the light and wisdom I’ve gained so early in life. That’s why I’m here.
And maybe that’s why you’re here, too.
Whether we’re aligned or not, I hope you leave this page remembering one thing: The answers you’re looking for are already within you. You are not alone. The world will keep changing, but your power lies in staying connected to your spirit and trusting yourself.

Much love,
Hailey.
